Automatic Ampoule Visual Inspection Machine

The automatic visual ampoule inspection machine is used for the inspection of ampoules and vials in the chemical, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industry. The ampoule inspection machine is manufactured in various dimensions according to the needs of the industry. The spinning ampoules can be seen in a magnified view by the observer through a magnifying glass. Process of operation

The filled ampoules are loaded into an in-feed chute. An index wheel transfers the ampoules to a transfer rack which further sends the ampoules to the inspection section. The ampoules are then given a rotating motion by a spinner and to form a vortex in the liquid. The vials are illuminated by a light and they can be seen on a light screen by the observer through a magnifying glass. The rejected vials are marked by the operator and then sorted and unloaded automatically. The rejected vials are indicated by a light above the magnifying glass. If a recheck is required then the vials are sent for a repeat cycle. The rejected vials are then transferred to a rejection station from where they are ejected out of the machine. The correct ampoules are accepted and transferred to the collection station where they are collected by a collection tray.
